What will be the fate of Cryptocurrencies?
« on: May 29, 2018, 01:10:53 PM »
The U.K Financial Conduct Authority has opened 24 investigations into cryptocurrency businessess. With this in mind and the very fact that U.K is one of the big countries whose economy is quite stable and also their currency being the highest of value in the whole wide world. Would Cryptocurrency still be allowed since most Governments don't like the idea of cryptocurrencies and its transactions.

Investigations and probes will only create FUDs momentarily and Bob's your uncle, Crypto will always "resurrect" after any kind of FUD. So far as there are interests, no one can stop crypto.

The UK is one of the countries which hates change to the very core. No mater what happens, cryptocurrencies will still survive.

The UK hates change because she runs a monarchical system of government which obviously is archaic. She doesn't want anything to destabilize its polity.

To answer the main question, I think what is paramount to cryptocurrency right now is the much anticipated Bitcoin ETF expected this August. Nobody knows for sure if embracing that will be a positive or a negative just like the skepticism that greeted the birth of Bitcoin's first hardfork, Bitcoincash, same August last year.

I strongly believe that and i wish several others would so that they don't sell cheap on the exchange markets.

These investigation can not stop the growth of cryptocurrencies. Even I would consider all these things first step towards the some kind of regulations in crypto currencies. We are seeing many countries planning to legalise it and some are still confuse whether to adopt it or not so I must say in 2-3 year many of the countries will accept cryptocurrencies and cryptos will be used widely and adoption will also be increased across the world.

that's right nothing absolutely can shut down the adoption or use of cryptocurrencies. Hopefully we may see this mass adoption in the next 10 years to come.

These investigations may be actually necessary to bring discipline within the ecosystem but a lot of them are mere excuses for more strict regulations. However, Crypto cannot be stopped now.
